Our story starts in 2013 in the Ulupelit Village of Şile, Istanbul, at our family farm. With the search for real, clean and organic honey, we started taking our first steps by discovering the fascinating world of bees and learning the basics of beekeeping. We prepared our hives, made regular maintenance and made our first harvests.

As we started to produce honey completely for our own interest and for our family, when the laboratory analysis of our honey showed high quality values, we decided to share our surplus honey with you. Thus, our brand, Soner's Honey, was born and in 2020 we introduced you to our real raw honey. We believe that if you start consuming local, raw and unadulterated honey, it will become indispensable for you as you see its benefits. We produce in a clean way with respect for the bees and nature, and offer you the beneficial honey from our fertile lands. We wish that you will consume with enjoyment and feel its benefits.
